Office Administrator/Legal Assistant

BC has worked as a legal assistant for approximately 40 years. She has been, an integral part of her employers' handling of litigation and transactional documents, initial drafts of pleadings, legal research, discovery-related tasks, and assistance at arbitration final hearings. BC also has substantial experience in corporate matters, including the preparation of the various types of agreements necessary for the creation of entities and the preparation of required agreements and disclosure documents in connection with corporate and business transactions.
